Civil Protection Week. Hundreds of students from Iași and Botoșani learned about fire intervention
Hundreds of children from Botoșani and Iași came face to face with firefighters. The military visited them and offered them important lessons.
The students learned how to intervene in case of fire, as well as how dangerous randomly found artillery shells can be.

In front of children and parents, the firefighters from Iași performed an intervention that also featured a robot as a guest. In real situations, the military finds it immensely helpful. In addition, the kids received first aid lessons.
Employees of the Emergency Situations Inspectorate from Botoșani also interacted with students. Firefighters went to several localities in the county, "armed" with rescue equipment and fire trucks.
The little ones were also explained how dangerous the artillery shells they could accidentally discover are.
Firefighter: "They are over 80 years old and they are dangerous. If you held it in your hand, it would explode".
Some also had a fire simulation. The events were organized on the occasion of Civil Protection Week.
