The world cannot do without the beauty of the fair sex, yet to have it, clearly, first of all, girls should take care of their health, but do they do it in Bulgaria? In the month of women's health, Vbox7 sought the opinion of several Bulgarian women who revealed whether and how they take care of their health.

One of the respondents said that she goes for check-ups quite often.
"I see a gynecologist and a dentist quite often, because I think that Bulgarians neglect their health. I'm trying to get out of this cliché," says another girl.
According to another, if there are no concerns, you should see a specialist at least twice a year.
According to some of the respondents, there are good specialists in Bulgaria, however, it depends on what the problem is.
Despite that, there are exceptions.
A girl says "I don't take good care of myself." According to her, it just doesn't work. It turns out that some people don't do it very often because they just forget.
Beauty from the inside to the outside
For one of the participants in the survey, it is important to take good care of your mental health, because for her it comes first.
As much as we do not believe it and think that these girls are not too many - no, here they are. One of them firmly stands behind her words and believes that every woman should take care of herself in order to be beautiful.
"The body is our temple and we should take care of it all our life", one of the respondents made this appeal to women.
We have broken all the clichés about Gen Z. It turns out that most girls take care of their health and regularly go to check-ups they need.
