No matter how enticing it is, you should stay up late on a Friday night so much. It is important to go to bed by 11 pm and sleep for at least 10 hours. We all like sleeping in, but we should not do it too much.

What shall we eat?

It is good to start the weekend with a menu that definitely include vegetables as they should be available in all our meals. Perhaps, more important is to stay well-hydrated and we should always have a bottle of water at our disposal. Good hydration helps with higher energy levels and good metabolism. As is known, alcohol interferes with sleep, which is vital for good physical and mental health. Many of the Gen Z underestimate the power and importance of a good and healthy sleep, playing video games until late or staying up in front of the phone.

What should we do on Saturday?

Don't check your emails! The weekend is a time to relax. Take advantage of it and try to put aside the stress of everyday life. Keep moving – you can go for a walk, a hike, or even ride a bike. Fitness is also a solution. Even a small amount of physical activity or exercise will help you feel more energized throughout the day.

Tidy your home. Yes, that is true - this is also very important. An untidy room, in a complete mess, can mean stress, worry and anxiety. Go to bed and set your alarm for after 9 o'clock. It is good to reduce the hours of sleep compared to the night before, so that your body can get tuned to less sleep time because of the approaching business week.
