What shall we eat?

Do not overdo with caffeine or sugar during the day. Coffee, especially in the late afternoon, can prevent good sleep. Again, focus on vegetables as well as protein-rich food. You might even make a plan for what you are going to eat for the week so you can be tuned. Don't skip meals - they are all important.

What should we do on Sunday?

Avoid afternoon naps. Yes, they are very tempting, but we must resist. A nap can throw off your sleep pattern. However, some experts believe that we can have a nap as long as it is between 20-30 minutes and before 3 p.m.

Of course, light exercise is important to. They can also be replaced by a walk or yoga, which will help, in general, to relax, eliminate stress, and improve mood. You can do it at home without any problems.

When should we go to bed?

It is good to relax before sleep, whether it is with a long bath or reading an interesting book. You need to "tell" your brain that it is time to sleep. Most often, it is achieved by creating a routine of 15-60 minutes before sleep. This will teach your mind when to get ready for sleep.

If, after all that, you have trouble sleeping, then you should try other means such as a light blocking mask or if the noise bothers you - then use earplugs.
