Gen Z do not like Mondays at all. It marks the beginning of the business or school week and quite often it means getting up early and doing less favorite activities. If you kept a good rhythm over the weekend, ate right and slept long and soundly, then getting up early on Monday should not be a problem. As well as your energy.
How to start your Monday successfully?
If you need help, you can turn to a cup of coffee. Also have breakfast - food gives strength and energy. Don't skip meals. Keep your body fueled, but still do not stick to a big lunch. You need something lighter. Avoid junk food if possible.
What shall we do on Monday?
As at the weekend, the activities do not change much. Exercise can help a sluggish mind, help with stress and tension. Even if you do not do exercise that much, you can have a nice walk in the fresh air. This is very important to keep your good sleep pattern and maintain a high energy level as well as a better mood.
When should we go to bed?
The routine of most people is as follows: going to bed around 11pm and getting up at 7am next morning. Of course, this can vary based on your duties. It is okay to go to bed earlier. If you have still felt tired today, you might catch up on your sleep. Avoid the screens of phones, monitors, TVs, as the rays can prevent your good sleep.
