How can one easily lose five kilograms? This is a question for many who are not dealing with obesity. There are three rules. We should be mindful of meal times, opt for exclusively home-cooked meals. And eliminate sugar from the diet.

Mihaela Bilic: "It has been observed that even individuals without a very large weight surplus wish to shed these five kilograms. We always think that we are not as slim as we would like to be, and then we postpone our lives, not fully living it because we don't have the perfect figure. We should enjoy each day with the silhouette we have because perfectionism in terms of diet is detrimental. And what we see on social media is not always real.

And to return to good habits, to lose those 5 kilograms without undergoing a dietary revolution and without counting calories, we must have three objectives that can lead to spectacular results, although they may seem like trivial things. The first would be to stop snacking between meals; almost half of the calories come from here. We usually don't gain weight from soup and stew, but from these snacks that we overlook. The next recommendation would be: opt for cooked meals as they contain a lot of water, are typically consumed at a table with utensils, and are less likely to be eaten on the couch while watching a series. This context encourages mindfulness during the eating process. Additionally, cooked meals are made from ingredients you've personally added to the pot, eliminating concerns about hidden fats. Hence, anything packaged and placed on the shelf tends to be rich in calories, and its true nutritional value often goes unnoticed. As a third recommendation: reduce sugar intake for a specific duration, or at least restrict it—opting for once or twice a week would be adequate".
