"After consuming fruits, we clearly feel hungry, there's nothing wrong here, fruits fail to provide a sense of satiation and we can eat them until our stomach feels bloated. We don't have any sense of satiety. Fructose is a trait nature has given us to our disadvantage. It considered that when we lived in caves and found fruits, we should eat as many as possible, not to get full, and quickly turn them into fat. So, it's a double-edged sword with fruits", said Mihaela Bilic.
