Unconventional church practices: Priest and his boyfriend live together, unmarried
Popular TikTok priest Sebastian Picur recently commented on a viral video showing a bride and groom accompanied by their four-legged friend on their special day. Following this, a clergyman who ministers in a Unitarian church in Liverpool replied to priest Picur.
A heartwarming video of a wedding recently went viral. The video depicts a young couple in traditional attire, with a priest officiating the ceremony. The highlight of the video is a dog joyfully running towards the altar to deliver the rings to the couple.

Father Sebastian Picur, a priest active on TikTok, commented on the footage. He promotes the Catholic faith and answers questions from observers about the principles of Catholicism or the priestly ministry. Fr. Picur pointed out that the bride and groom were most likely getting married in a Protestant rite.
In response to Fr. Sebastian Picur's video, Arek, a Polish clergyman from the Unitarian Church who lives in Liverpool, commented. He revealed that the wedding ceremony occurred in a Unitarian church where the dog served as the ring bearer.

Arek provided valuable information in the comments section of Fr Picur's video. He not only explained the rite in which the wedding ceremony is conducted but also gave the exact location of the church in question. Furthermore, Arek recorded a video discussing the specifics of getting married in a Unitarian church.
"As long as you are a couple who love each other, no matter if you are heterosexual or homosexual, no matter if you have been in a previous marriage or if this is your first time, the Unitarian church will always be ready to prepare a ceremony that reflects you as a couple as much as possible. You and your beliefs," Arek revealed.

Commentators are delighted with the approach Arek described. Some say that if this were the case in Poland, "young people would be more willing to go to church".
Arek also talks about the differences between the Catholic and Unitarian faiths, explains what it is like to attend his church and talks about the symbolism behind the collar he wears - as some people suggested he was a provocateur. In his video, the clergyman mentioned that he has a partner with whom he lives, which has created a lot of buzz.
