Smoking ban extended to new public places. How much will a pack of cigarettes cost in France in 2025-2026
The price of a pack of cigarettes is set to increase in France, reaching 12 euros in 2025 and 13 euros in 2026, announced French Health Minister Aurélien Rousseau on November 28th, presenting an anti-smoking plan, as reported by AFP.
The increase in tobacco prices "is the most effective measure against tobacco consumption according to the WHO and all independent studies on this subject", the French minister announced in a press conference.
