Identity theft, fake videos and recordings, adult site content and scams - these are just some of the reasons why AI deepfake is in high demand. Right now, organizations cannot cope with artificial intelligence and protect Internet users and celebrities from such attacks, which at the very least damage their reputation.

L'Atelier BNP Paribas CEO John Egan, however, has a different take on things. He spoke on the subject with an interesting comparison about knives and how if we talk about all the crimes, attacks and robberies when a knife is often the weapon, then the kitchen application of the knife, which is part of our daily life and we cannot do without it, should be left out.

Egan finds many uses for this technology. He recognizes the possibility through AI deepfake to create an artificial intelligence/bot capable of speaking all the languages of the world. The CEO offers an AI assistant that many Gen Z’ers would love and use to make everyday tasks easier. For Egan, deepfake can even find applications in medicine or security business.

Other studies have shown that deepfake can even help in education, with some experts claiming that it can make teaching more interesting and engaging for students. The technology behind deepfake can also be used in the creation of video games or various graphic images, models and projects. Many see good features in this innovation, but unfortunately, we live in a time that makes certain people use the system with malicious intentions. All the scams and horrors with deepfake overshadow its potential. Yet, the world's major organizations are working on software to detect harmful deepfake videos, recordings and scams so that they can be blocked and removed.
