Try to limit the time you spend on social media, to one hour a day. Underestimating the importance of sleep: Young people often sacrifice sleep for work, study or entertainment. Seven to nine hours of sleep per night is extremely important for health and performance the following day. Insufficient sleep reduces concentration, causes fatigue and long-term health problems. Excessive coffee consumption: Although coffee is a popular drink, especially among young people, its excessive use can cause anxiety, sleep problems and it can even increase heart rate.
