In Copenhagen, environmentally conscious tourists are being rewarded. Local authorities have announced measures to encourage visitors to be more eco-friendly.

For example, those who help collect trash will receive free snacks or drinks.

This offer is also available for those who choose to get around the city using public transportation or bicycles.

So far, 24 companies, including cafes and restaurants, have signed up for the project, which comes into effect on July 15. Those interested can enjoy the initiative for about a month.
