If you have some spare time that you want to use effectively, but educational programs aren't exactly your thing, we have a few suggestions that will appeal to you.

A meeting with friends is always a good idea and can be easily arranged

Sometimes we forget that we can use the phone to arrange a real meeting, not just to text. For Gen Z, this is a necessary reminder. It doesn't have to be anything special, go out and enjoy a cup of your favorite coffee, walk in the park, watch a movie, go to a workout together, just relax.

And how does a game sound to you... No, not a computer game

It's probably the first thing that comes to mind for most Gen Z grown kids, but how about a board game, puzzle or construction game. It is extremely pleasant after a tiring study before a session to unwind with such an activity. You focus on the end goal and as if you were meditating…

And speaking of meditation, this is the next suggestion. If you successfully meditate through games, go to the next level and meditate without games. Our daily life is often associated with stress. When we cannot deal with it and accumulate it, along with emotions and experiences that we don't know how to deal with, we can seriously damage our health. So, it is very important to find a balance, to be able to relax and take things lighter. Meditation is a perfect way for such purposes.

Find your hobby

Do you remember that project you have always wanted to do, or that painting course, but decided you might be too old to start over? It doesn't matter if you already had a desire for something and didn't do it or didn't start trying. You can enroll in a course or start something all by yourself. Sing, cook, write, paint. All this is very good for your psyche and helps reduce stress.

Enroll in a sport activity

Usually, these pursuits involve a longer-term commitment. You will be part of a team or group and you will rely on each other to ensure that the training is carried out to its full potential. Here are some suggestions: horse riding, ballet, swimming, football, basketball.
