We know how beneficial walking is for our health. A new study shows that to stay in shape, just 4,000 steps per day are sufficient, compared to the previously suggested "magic number" of 10,000.
Polish and American researchers have reached this new conclusion after testing over 200 thousand people worldwide. Of course, the more movement, the better.
