They were impressed not only by the extraordinary choreography, costumes or huge dancing robot arms. They also marveled at the inclusivity at the concert. Gender-neutral toilets on Beyoncé concert tour
There were plenty of references to the LGBTQ+ community on the tour promoting Beyoncé's seventh album. If you don't quite know what they are, let me remind you that they are simply gender-free restrooms. They are very important for transgender or non-binary people, because they don't exacerbate social dysphoria. Last year, such toilets were opened by LXXV Jan III Sobieski High School in Warsaw.
Gender-neutral toilets in Poland thanks to Beyoncé
The post about gender-neutral toilets was very well received by fans and Internet users. They were enthusiastic about the inclusiveness of the idea and also pointed out purely practical issues. After all, anyone who has been to a concert at least once knows how long the queues to the ladies' restrooms can be.
"Anyone who makes an issue out of it has never been to concerts before. Restrooms are usually treated as if they are gender neutral anyway. Beyoncé is trying to stay up to date and is doing something great! I will always be a fan of hers," says someone on Twitter.
If gender-neutral toilets appear at every concert on the Renaissance World Tour, we'll see them in Poland as well. Beyoncé will perform at PGE National Stadium on June 27, and then we will find out if the artist's inclusivity will also appear in country.
