In today's world where technological progress and rapid changes make professional development difficult for representatives of Gen Z, a new project provides hope for a career for over 15 thousand young people.

This project seems to be a key step towards the training and introduction of Generation Z into the labor market. Under the "Youth Employment +" project, jobs will be created for inactive or unemployed young people aged 16 to 29.

The project plans to create a favorable environment for exchange of experience between young professionals and experienced personnel.

With the initiative, under the "Human Resources Development" program, the Employment Agency aims to contribute to the personal and professional development of the young of Generation Z.

According to the agency that organizes the project, the activities planned will make the transition easy for young people from education to employment.

It is no surprise to anyone that young people are extremely knowledgeable, but in order to succeed in their field, they tend to invest time in activities that will help them gain competitive advantages.

The internship period will last from six to nine months, as specified by the Employment Agency.

The agency commented that they will provide funds for public transport to and from the workplace for the young people in their first month of training. This could be one of the factors driving Gen Z to apply for a job, along with interest in the field. However, the lack of remuneration would discourage applicants.

Gen Z is an ambitious and entrepreneurial generation, ready to face the challenges of modern labour market. Young people manage to skillfully combine their technological expertise with their academic education, and the new project will help them develop their qualities.
