The youtuber decided to drum up interest in these original garments by announcing that he would donate all profits from the 24-hour sale of the buttocks-imprinted batch to buy a car. The latter was going to be awarded to a person who could best justify needing it.
You can watch footage of the campaign's finale on OjWojtek's channel. The influncer emphasises how time-consuming it was to select a winner from the submissions. The final choice became a trending topic as Przemek Nadobny, goalkeeper of the Polish national team of players who have had one limb amputated turned out to be the author of the winning video.

Przemek's story, his positive attitude to life and his touching reaction to winning met with unanimous approval from OjWojtek followers. Under the YouTube video, you can even find comments from people who are genuinely happy about his win, even though they themselves entered the competition.
On one hand, of all the ways influencers generate buzz around themselves, such actions are indeed valuable. Not least because of the concrete help given to a person in need. Popularising such initiatives by those with great internet reach may result in other influencers coming up with similar ones. Not to mention their followers which might also be encouraged to do some good.
On the other hand, it is worth noting that such a high level of interest in an initiative of this kind is only possible in the countries with high social stratification. OjWojtek admitted he received thousands of emails in reply to his campaign. Whether a car can be considered a basic good is questionable, but the fact that it is out of reach for so many people says a lot about the situation in Poland. Similar conclusions can also be drawn from Mr Beast's aid activities in the United States.
