Lufthansa demands millions in damages from climate activists
The Last Generation activists have irked the owners of Lufthansa Airlines following a recent protest at Frankfurt Airport. In response, the airline has announced plans to file multi-million dollar lawsuits.
Climate activists are resorting to increasingly drastic measures, with airport blockades and motorway disruptions becoming commonplace. They are doing everything possible to draw attention to global warming, often facing criticism for their actions. Given that some protests cause multi-million dollar losses for global companies, it's not surprising that activists frequently find themselves in court, sued over the disruptions they cause.
