Extreme drought in Romania. Meteorologists are talking about a worrying phenomenon. People are stocking up on water
Although we are only at the beginning of summer, we are already facing extreme drought. Wells have dried up in the south and east of the country, and in some localities, people have daytime water restrictions, so they cherish every drop.
Without rain and irrigation systems, crops will be compromised. In the village of Șopârlița, Olt County, water pressure is low, so people are stocking up on essentials. They do not waste a single drop and often sacrifice flower pots or gardens.
