Videos have surfaced on the internet featuring an activist wearing a microwave oven on his head. Meet the Microwave Man.

Processed foods contain high levels of salt, sugar, and artificial additives. Overconsumption of such foods can lead to a range of health problems, including an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and metabolic disorders. As processed foods lack valuable nutrients, they mainly provide empty calories. To promote optimal health, it is recommended to choose fresh ingredients and limit the intake of processed foods.

He puts a hollow microwave oven on his head, wears a suit and hits the streets to grab the attention of the UK population about the significance of maintaining a healthy diet.

Although the campaign has only been running for a few days, Microwave Man has already made it to the front pages of London newspapers. I believe it is only a matter of time before this campaign gains even more popularity.

My goal is to not only raise awareness of the problem of old school convenience, but to say enough is enough
